Very clean room. Quite small. Helpful staff. Room was very hot so sleep quality poor. We were able to open window a fraction which helped to cool it a little but then there was too much noise - sirens etc- from street.

Extremely courteous staff. A very personalized and professional approach.staff is very helpful. Rooms are extreme decent and well furnished. They also have basement restaurant area . Overall would recommend this for kyoto and truly deserves 5 star.
