A spacious family room and a game room with a dining table that doubles as a pool or ping pong table flanks the modern kitchen area. The house has several usable outside areas including a large covered front porch, a covered area on the side for dining or cornhole, and a patio area in the rear with a fire pit. It is in close proximity to the University of Tennessee and is only 4 miles away from Downtown Knoxville. The house is also under an hour drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at!Super comfortable and up to date. It was extremely well done in all areas. Pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. The house was extremely well appointed with very nice furnishings. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time in Knoxville.
