Just passing through, staff was friendly, great for the money.

The hotel was average, nothing fancy. We did have a problem with our room keys. they wouldnt work. If you need a cheap place to stay that's close to everything, this is the place for you.

Entered the room on the evening of January 4, 2013 & it was very very cold The thermostat read 42 degrees. I adjusted the temp and 45 minutes later it reached 49. I called the front desk & was advised to give it some time. After about 3 hours it finally reached 52 then completely stopped working. I called the front desk again & was advised that maintenance staff was unavailable that evening & I was then switched to a different room. This room was cold as well & took at least an hour to warm up but the heat functioned properly. I was told by the front desk that in order to save on utilities, they turn the heat completely off in all the rooms. Guest comfort was certainly not this hotels # 1 priority.

This hotel was very nice compared to the 3 star hotel we stayed at the next two nights. The rooms had recently been updated (new paint, carpet, tv) and the beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. The hotel staff were very nice and the free breakfast was a bonus for us since we spend so much money on food while traveling. We were not seeking excellence, just a place to crash mid-travel, and we were extremely happy. There was also a lot nearby, including restaurants and a Starbucks. The pool was also very clean, even though we did not have time to use it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Rarely am I impressed with a hotel costing <$100/night, but this was the exception. Highly recommended, great room, with pretty complete breakfast, nice pool, and helpful staff. Pretty quiet too (and prefect location for my specific needs).

Rooms are small, but ours was very clean. The beds and pillows were amazingly good. No old faded comforters like a lot of older motels have. Staff was out making sure the parking lot and areas were clean of trash/debris. If you are expecting a $200 room for the price you pay here, you will be disappointed, but if you want a clean room with good beds at a decent value, this is the place.

We have stayed here twice for a quick visit and it meets our needs. Not fancy but great for just a quick stay. I will be back.

The staff and location were both great. The room was clean and updated.

We were tired from a mountain hike when we got to Knoxville, so were were thrilled to discover an elevator to help us get our luggage to the second floor. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the motel's grounds were filled with beautiful crepe-myrtle trees in full bloom.

This hotel was exactly as described! The Room was very clean and well appointed. It had everything that I needed, including a safe. The bathroom was very clean. The outdoor pool looked clean and inviting, even though I did not get a chance to use it! The Breakfast was very good and hot! Overall I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend that you should too!

Hotel is farther from the airport than I expected. Other than distance from airport it was in a good location, walk to a variety of restaurants (waffle house, o'charleys, Mexican, are within sight). Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was a limited amount of power outlets, had to unplug a light for my phone charger. Free WiFi, but slow.

I read the reviews. Most were good. So we booked a queen no smoking room. The guy at check-in was really terrific. The room was clean, and the facilities were clean. The hotel is in an area smothered in restaurants, and we ate at Puleo's across the street. About $20/pp, and really great food. It is close to I-75 with easy on/off. The hotel sign is small where you turn in, and can be confusing to see the entrance, with the hotel behind a building. But that was our only complaint. Just watch for the small sign by the road and turn there. (just past the light). We plan to stay there again on our next trip!

Very good for the price. Free wifi, cable, fridge, and free breakfast. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, cereal, fruits, toast, bagels, and yogurt. Not great, but does the job. Service was friendly, especially the cute girl at the counter. room was very clean. Paid about $60 all in. Would stay again.

We spend our two days downtown, and only returned to the hotel to sleep. The breakfast was average. Location is good with direct interstate access to downtown. The room was very crowded with furniture, but very comfortable bed and clean.

Very clean rooms. Makes you feel right at home. I will return when in Knoxville to this fine place.

Drove around Knoxville checked out college. Very friendly people

I was not pleased with the staff person who checked me in. [...]The upholstered chair and footstool had stains on them and I didn't want to sit there. There was no microwave in the room and it wasn't until I checked out that I found you had to ask for one and it would be put in your room. [...] Had I had not been so discouraged when I first check in, I may have asked for another room and complained about the chair and no microwave. But when I was told there was nothing that could be done about my request for nonsmoking, complaining about anything else didn't seem an option.

Business trip. the motel staff was wonderful and helpful. The price was great. Will stay at this motel again.

Very nice, clean, and reasonable hotel. Breakfast was very good and staff very accomodating and friendly!

Great price- could have a few more amenities, but the bathroom was large and the bed linens were comfy. The rooms and lobby were clean and we got a hot breakfast in the morning. The evening front desk attendant was very nice and took care of all our needs.
