Really nice room with a glass roof, so perfect to look at the stars and had fun deciphering cloud shapes with my daughter. Only small grumble is there is not a mirror in the room to do hair and make up, only 1 in the bathroom which is not appropriate. Other than this, we had a nice stay

The toilet area was so small even Victoria secret models couldnā€™t use. Only one cup even though it was booked for two and the kettle leads too small it has to go on floor health and safety issue there . The lift still out of action itā€™s been nearly a year since I said about it. And only two towels not that matters because you canā€™t get in the shower . Itā€™s a shame because last two stays were lovely but this bathroom let this room down

The Knighton Hotel is quiet and well-located. Unfortunately, they don't do meals, although they do have a coffee shop, which I didnā€™t try as I was out allday walking. The evening I arrived there was a leak through the inspection hatch in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it I was instantly moved to another and larger room (turned out the leak was coming from the shower in the room above). Good service there. My only quibble was that the mattresses were much too soft for my back (that said, I like a very firm mattress).

Hotel booked for location and early start. Dog allowed. Room was as advertised. Lovely wetroom bathroom. Easy check in/out. Parking space available. The disappointment was I asked for low floor (as no lift) and a quiet room- this was agreed during correspondence, but on arrival was given top floor room next to what appeared to be only other people booked in that night! Quaint town with shops/cafe and petrol starion.

The lift didnt work and i had to climb up two long staircases to reach our room and i am disabled but staff were very helpful lots of work going on there renovating the hotel

Nice big room, clean and tidy. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended the Horse and Hounds opposite for an evening meal which was great especially as options locally are limited and there wasnā€™t food available at the hotel.

Very nice room BUT not as described!

I quite deliberately chose "Comfort Triple Room" as according to information on this site it strongly infers from photos provided that it includes a kitchenette. IT DOESN'T! However, the hotel does offer a shared kitchen area for ALL guests to use - which in my case offered a degree of compensation for the error. However the fact remains this is seriously misleading with the possibility of claims being made for false advertising.

Hotel was shown as premier inn, in our mind we had booked priemier inn, as the booking got completed it was this hotel, not sure what was going on, room was very small, bath was clean though, but bed was very uncomfortable

A reasonable nightā€™s stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and tidy. Tea and Coffee provided. TV in my room had a reasonable screen sign but suffered with signal.

Loved the room we had with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Big room over looking the street and a river. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I loved the fact we could cook our own food in the kitchen and eat at the dining room and use the fridge - brilliant AND most of affordable!
