Booked this as it stated excellent. I arrived and there was a young child on the desk who said someone be along shortly. 10 minutes passed and i had to go find someone. I was given key and told where room was and that was it. Middle of the night a phone i didnt know was there starts ringing extremely loud! Woke me up and stopped. Taken me ages to get to sleep and it rings again this time constantly. I answered and nothing! Over an hour passed before i was able to sleep again. On waking i went to take a shower and could not get it to work. Apparently i was given a room with no working shower just a bath. I should have been told about this when i checked in but wasnt! Was not impressed by this at all and will not be using this hotel again.

Traditional grand hotel working hard to entertain

Lovely traditional grand hotel with very friendly staff. Great location right on the prom. Room ok and clean. Breakfast was good and the service was very friendly.
