The bed was very saggy and uncomfortable. Online check-in was a waste of time because I ended up having to check in again. Breakfast was fine if you only wanted waffles or dry cereal.

The staff were very accommodating and the hotel wax clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was most enjoyable, I got to make waffles. Oh yeah... Potheads delight. Wake n bake then waffles and cereal. Like totally cool. Awesome folks thanks for your hospitality. Will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for 3 nights in Lee's Summit because this location was close to family. I received an email for pre-checkin and deposit which I completed. Upon arrival, I was asked to place another deposit for the room, which I did with the front desk clerk. We received our room key and unload suitcases. The room smell was off, so we turned on the A/C to remove the smell. Housekeeping arrived at the room and sprayed air freshener. The indoor pool had been drain for maintenance and would be ready by noon next day. The indoor pool was ready late Friday night. We ( 2 grandkids 3 and 9) went to the pool Saturday. The water was perfect and the pool area was very clean. Unfortunately the handicap pool chair was not operational due to batteries failing and there was not an out of order sign on it or posted anywhere. Getting in the pool is not problem for my sister, but getting out was very difficult without the chair lift. Christy (front desk clerk) offered to help us. Last resort would be to call 911 for assistance. But we were successful after placing a pool side table in the pool and wrapping towels on the pool ladder steps and inching our way up. The breakfast has no protein. Waffles, cereal, apples, coffee, juice, milk, instant oatmeal. The dining area was clean except for customers not cleaning up behind themselves. I wouldn't know the person canelled my reservation after become angry and very agresive at one point waving a desk plaque around desided to cancel my reservation. All because i asked if i could check in a hour early. Shd seemes to offended and thats when she started her rant and agessive talk and behavior. Thd i asked her why shes speaking to me like that i should be upset ivd been waiting for 20 minutes to be helped. Then she really lost it told me it wasnt 20 . That shed been wathing on camera. I asked if she saw me waiting should say hello or ill e d there and minute then she got like she sould hit me and canceledmy resdvation and said she could do whzg she wants im not there cuusomer im priceilnes customer. And told me to leavd. And ive stayed hear at least a half dozen time. And now never again nor any wyndome property if something isnt done about this and this booking company for that matter it takes alkt for md to ulset enkugh to go through all the hassel to put this review together. An d that woman does nog need to bd in any type of job as unstable as she is shes gonna hurt someone. Thank i hope this doesnt fall on deaf ears. The staff was very nice! The room was not so great, mattress should be replaced as it had a large depression in it and things in the bathroom were in disrepair. I had stayed there a couple of years ago and it was a decent place but after this stay I will not return.

You get what you pay for

Booked this motel because of it's price and it's relevance to the bike route I was on. This is an older super 8 that is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Fixtures, interior is pretty beat up and dated. The over all feel of the place is sketchy.. they must have a moisture issue because they had a dehumidifier in my room that ran the whole time I was there. Had I known the condition of this property I probably would have peddled further out of my way for something nicer
