I asked for a room with balcony and they assigned me one in the ground floor with no balcony. Room’s fridge didn’t cool. Just lights on but not cold at all. Cleaning service started banging cabinet doors and talking like nobody were in the rooms sleeping. Very disrespectful. For a $506/night + hotel fee $58 I was expecting much more to be realistic. Also room service was low quality.

We had a fantastic time here! The room was spotless- clean bed, fresh towels, and a great shower. Room service breakfast was delicious. The resort has everything you need, so no need to leave. We loved all the onsite restaurants, and the tiki bar was a total vibe. Big shoutout to our favorite bartender, Ivan! Can’t wait to go back!

The resort was great and it was super clean. Clean pools and quiet clean beaches. Would’ve liked that the resort fee covered the water sports like the jet skis. Had to pay an additional 165 per jet ski and on top of that needed a Florida water permit to even ride them. Non-motorized water craft were free and enjoyable.

Kindler restaurant and check-in

Had dinner at Kindler. Food was ok at best and service was subpar. The restaurant wasn’t crowded but it took over an hour and a half to be served. Check-in took over 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. Front desk was understaffed considering it was prime chrck-in time.
