Ocean front king room with the balcony was amazing! We used the tub on the veranda every night. Staff was so helpful and nice. Can't veat the convenience of booking boat trips right off the dock as well! 10/10 overall. We will definitely be back.

I felt the room was very old and in need of a remodel, specifically the carpet. The room felt humid, even though the AC was running. The facilities were overall in good condition. The beach area was not impressive, smelling and murky water, however, the water activities/amenities made up for it. The fishing and paddle boarding were our favorite.

Property and housing was run down outside of the main building. Poor air conditioning, bad coffee machines, bathroom doors do not close nor do they lock, showers hard to operate and do not function to be able to close one shower head and use another. Staff lovely but do not speak English well. Housekeeping chose inappropriate times to come and clean rooms during stay, e.g., 8:15 am. Noisy at inappropriate times because they were doing loud landscaping at an inopportune time of the morning (8:35 am), due to storms in the Atlantic. Giant cocoanuts were falling on the balcony's, sidewalk, roofs, while guests were trying to get to breakfast or the pool. Messy and a hazard if a cocoanut fell on a guest. Waiting for last minute storm prep is NOT the way to run a property. Staff need better training. Being reactive is useful for their clientele but that is a lousy way to operate. Will I use Expedia for Hotels again? NO.
