Room was a nice size … but wasn’t fully clean to the point where i needed to switch rooms …. The heat did not work so the room was ridiculously cold and it never got fixed …. The bathroom was decent but the water pressure was so weak it took forever to shower and rinse off …. And the food took 2 or more hours to come for breakfast and dinner …. You must do matter

The only major problem I had was I found a bug in my bed and NO ONE showed any concern! When I showed the afternoon clerk the glass I caught the bug he smiled and said “Sorry” and offered me a new glass. When I complained at check out, the clerk just laughed and when I asked to talk to management, he smirked and told me they were all in a meeting.
