First off the area this hotel is in is very sketchy. The craters in the parking lot could swallow a whole car! The rooms were OK not the cleanest! Bed had 2 tiny pillows had to ask for more they gladly gave them to us. The water backed up in the tub when showering and would not go down. It was an OK stay but never again! I don't know how this place got any good reviews at all

I booked this property as it was close to Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and I was booking on short notice in advance of the Indy 500. It got the job done, but a premium property for the premium price I paid, it was not. Exteriors door locks were broken, amenities were not great, and the video kiosk check-in process was a bit clunky. The experience was smooth enough, and I wouldn’t have left a review at all had Studio 6 and Expedia both not sent me multiple requests each to do so.

Didn’t see any staff didn’t like the kiosk feature had to get a new key like 6 times just randomly stopped working parking lot was horrible looked like a trap house or a place sex workers use had a crazy smell to the property like something died wouldn’t do it again that award in the lobby was a lie or AI made
