Not a park and fly...i should have called first. It was clean and the staff was helpful. Had to get a roll away bed for the 5th guest and pay extra.

Towels were old and threadbare. No soap or shampoo were to be found in the room.

The hotel and the staff were very good. The hotel is near the airport. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown. There are not restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided by the hotel was above average in quality and selections.

We really liked this Hampton Inn because it is brand new,how can you go wrong with that?Rooms in Indy on this date were going up in price because of the NRA conv.and other activities.If your willing to stay 30 mins. from downtown you can save 50 to 75 dollars at this Inn.Only downside is ,no restaurants close.

There was a nice pool at this location. It was really pretty nice. It was actually kinda like home.

Great location. Unable to find any rooms in Bloomington for daughter's graduation from IU, and this spot was perfect. There is a nice running track nearby for those inclined to get a quick run in before the day starts.

Awesome Hotel, Staff had my keys waiting for me at the desk, handed to me and said your good to go, easiest check in ever, Great room, great location, close to the airport, close to shopping and dining in Plainfield. Great nights sleep!

We stayed for 2 days for the wedding of our son. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from.

Very Good!

The Good: Great location from the Airport. The rooms are spotless. the hotel is new. The suite is very comfortable. The Bad: Bad location from everything else. Its so close to the airport that there is nothing else around it except for another Hotel. The Ugly: No restaurant in the hotel. Being so far from everthing else you would think they would offer a restaurant and room service but they don't.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for providing a review here of your experience! We apologize for any inconvenience of not having a park and fly option at our property. We had to discontinue offering the Park Stay N Go package at our property a few years ago as we have such limited parking on property. Most guests do find it easy and convenient to park at the Fastpark facility just across the street from us.

We recently acquired all new towels and inspect every guest room prior to arrival to ensure that every amenity is in place. If a guest is finding the room to be unsatisfactory, we openly welcome a call or visit to our front desk so that we have an opportunity to make it right.
