We had a fantastic stay during a snowstorm! The room was very clean.Terri and her staff were so accommodating and friendly. We seriously couldn't have asked for better peoeple to be around!! We will only stay at Iron works from now on when in Indianapolis!

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, it was very clean, a luxurious experience, and the staff were so nice. The hotel is literally walking distance from so many restaurants and a quick drive to other activities. The hotel is quiet and gave me the opportunity to get the rest I needed to refresh. This won’t be my last staying here.

This is my favorite place to stay in Indy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful with its own style and personality. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The shower is epic. The food from room service from the two on property restaurants was so good (dinner and breakfast). Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Ironworks Hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service and genuinely friendly staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The hotel’s attention to detail and warm atmosphere truly make it feel like a home away from home. They are also truly pet-friendly. The team made sure both we and our dog, Louie, enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable throughout. It’s refreshing to find a place that treats pets as part of the family. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing staff from valet to Emily at the front desk, I was able to grab food and send it up to my room, While we unpacked after a long drive. Service is top notch as is the food. I will definitely be staying here again. Its not easy traveling with a service animal but even Riggs was welcomed with a treat and water and food bowl. Place was spotless, very clean, room service, great shower what more could you ask for?

Our room was comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Great water flow from the shower. Heating system was very comfortable and easy to control. Everything that you might need was there and then some. Great food in and around the hotel. Would recommend.
