Great stay. Was in town for business and easy to get to and from downtown. Quiet neighborhood with no issues. Easy to communicate with owners or management company.

Wonderful stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Location was perfect. About 15 to every field. House was clean and plenty of room for the five of us. 10/10 would stay again

NYE ‘25 Stay

We were a party of 4 and our stay at this property in Indianapolis was perfect. The home is well maintained and we were minutes from our planned festivities. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This home was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. The location, cleanliness, and maintenance made our stay very comfortable including parking was very easy every time we returned to the house. Great communication for check-in and the check-out process. Gabe, Kiki, and the Brentwood team maintained contact for any needs if identified prior to and during our stay. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Great place to stay

This property is very nice. It was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Close to downtown, we were able to Uber with ease. The only issue we had was the garbage was not taken out from the previous guests. Other than that, perfect for a quick weekend getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place.

Nice place in the heart of Indy. Very modern, clean, and close to everything. I was able to find a coffee shop and breakfast place within five minutes drive. Our event at the fairgrounds was under ten minutes. Just a great location for convenience. Owner communication was excellent.

Work week

This was a great stay for the week beds were comfy great kitchen/living area watch your head as you go up the stairs though. Coffee area was great also. Messages to team were answered with good communication. Thanks for the stay.

Indy softball trip

Older house that has been updated. Location made it easy to get to Westfield Grand Park. Parking was a little iffy if you had more than 1 vehicle as parking around back only room for 1 vehicle. We had to use on street parking around front and some days had to park several house down. No really big deal as we made the best of it.

Nice little gem

Our overall experience was grear! I have never stayed at an Vrbo before and found this property charming! The beds were very comfortable, however the upstairs shower needs the calcium deposits removed so ALL the holes in the showerhead work. The water temp upstairs was lukewarm at best but it still did the job. The property managers go ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate!!! We had a few questions which were answered quickly( no matter how late!) If we ever come back for this pool tournament again we would stay here!

Clean, comfortable, accurate description

The initial task of getting into the property was daunting (it was pouring down rain, dark, and we could not see the house number in front...we had to check the mail laying on the porch to see if it was the correct address. Then drove around back, saw the number, but the code wouldn't work in back, only in front). After that...wonderful. Very, very clean, even had snacks and cereal bars waiting for us. The Keurig was provided with K-cups, always an appreciated touch. TV's in the bedrooms were on "guest mode", which was a bit annoying...we couldn't access much of anything on those, but the tv downstairs worked well. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms...we would stay here again!
