The room was a suite with a pullout couch but no bedding was provided to make use of it, even after asking the front desk. The room was dim with damaged lighting fixtures and noisy AC. The furniture was also damaged and stained with crumbs in the cushions and generally did not feel well taken care of. I dont understand how they feel right charging $300 a night here, but I will not be staying here again.

There was a drunk careening around the lobby at 10 PM when we returned to our room. There were very loud conversations outside with men and women arguing. The sound inside (people in the hallway) and from the outside was quite loud. The crowning blow was around 11:00 PM a man and woman came storming down the hall angrily banging on a door and shouting full-voice to open up. We thought it was the police breaking a drug deal. But it was two grown men yelling and threatening each other, with a woman yelling, too. It was so severe we thought guns might be an issue. It was so frightening. And there was *no answer* when we tried to quietly call the front desk for help!! It was on the third floor roughly around Room 305.

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Indianapolis because it's very convenient to the downtown area, and it feels safe. It's also quiet. In addition, the price is right, and parking is free.
