Very friendly and helpful staff in all respects. The room was nice and clean. My only gripe, but it is a common problem in most hotels. That is the flow of water is low from the shower head, it takes longer to shower than it does at home. I could not stay long at the hotel when I was there, so I did not mention it to the staff. So that is on me.

Saturday Visit

Everything was great but, our pillows seemed to have a funky smell as if it was time for them to be replaced. Also, I think the bleach used is the wash clothes was too much. After using one with just warm water, my face appeared chafed with a rash. The cloth was bleach strong to the nose. Having said all of that, we stay here every time we’re in Huntsville.
