Main Character Energy Only!This home understood the assignment. Perfect for a staycation with friends! Stylish, spacious, and right in the middle of all the action. The location? Elite. Walking distance to bars and eateries that are literally TikTok famous, so yes… we had to pop out.The host was top-tier responsive from the moment we booked. No stress, no guesswork. The multi-level layout was a whole vibe: everyone had their own space but we could still come together easily.And the stairs? Consider them complimentary cardio! Honestly didn’t mind at all. The home was beautiful, fun, and gave luxury-without-trying-too-hard energy.10/10 would stay again. If you’re thinking about booking. do it!

I booked this location for a special day for my wife, and she had a fantastic time. The place was nice, clean, and didn't struggle during the winter storm at all! 5 stars!Wifey here (Everything was amazing and the kitchen was lit, the space was the right location)

Great Location and Property

This property was in great shape and the fire pit on the roof was amazing. Communication with the property manager was easy and very helpful. A bonus was all the available street parking. I would stay at this property again.

Funtastic!!

Traveling with a few other coworkers and staying here was a blast. The comforts of home with a wonderful patio for entertaining outdoors while enjoying the Houston skyline! Themed bedrooms were fun and the management team communication was great.Wel be staying here again.

Good find

The property is very beautiful. Four floors, nicely appointed, updated appliances. Neighborhood is 3 blocks from the convention center and the big hotels. About a 15 walk and a straight shot with sidewalks. Some amazing restaurants within 10-12 minute walk. I needed an iron one day and couldn’t find it. The owner had a new one to me immediately. The rooftop deck was really cool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize as much as I would have liked because Houston was having an unusual cold snap. However we went up anyway and it was nice to sit with a cocktail and look at the city. We stayed in a couple nights and had everything we needed to make some food. Nice little find!

Very Disappointing

We visited with our family and friends and were so disappointed with so many things at this home. For the amount we paid, I would never stay there again. -Upon entering the home, there was an awful smoke smell that was very strong throughout. -The ping pong table net was a joke and was unusable. The net was broken and taped to a pencil, so there was no way to connect it to the table.-We saw bed bug traps around the beds, which was very concerning and not mentioned at all. -the pictures of the rooftop deck show a black swing and fire pit to use and neither were there. The couch and table out there are old and moldy.

Clean and well described

This property was exactly as it is described. It was clean, the owner very responsive to messages and had a lot of amenities. The only side comment I would make is to note that anyone staying on the top floor doesn't have readily available access to a bathroom unless they enter one of the other bedrooms or go to the main floor for the half bath. It wasn't the end of the world, but slightly inconvenient. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms though was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay, went to a football game. The owner gave us many suggestions for amazing food options. We enjoyed our stay and if we come to Houston again, we would stay here again for certain!!!

Disappointing

There were stained rugs and stained bar stools and the whole place needs new paint. One of the toilets had urine all over the seat. They removed smoke detectors rather than replacing the batteries when 2 of the detectors started chirping (one in the middle of the night in one of the bedrooms we were using). The small front yard had 23 full dog poop bags surrounding the perimeter that were there for several days. The door handle to the house from the garage was broken off the door and laying on the floor of the garage. The shower in the street level room doesn’t drain properly. They are keeping part of my damage deposit for damage I did not do. I won’t stay at this location again.

Convention Center Business Trip

Property location to the convention center was perfectly located allowing our team to walk to the show or a very quick drive. Nice open floor plan, which worked well for our planned and preapproved company & customer BBQ event attended by about 20 people. Entertaining on the rooftop area was the talk of the event with exceptional views of the city nightscape.
