The room and amenities are okay. I took off one star for the following reasons: (1) the building is not sound proof as you can hear and feel the tumbling on the floor when people are walking, and (2) the front desk service was not good at checked in. This hotel is beautiful with a variety of hot breakfast options and delicious coffee. We loved our king suite with a mini stocked kitchen and separate living room for the kids. The website said we could request a crib. The front desk said they didn’t have any cribs. I had to go down to the front desk and request linens for the sofa bed for the kids. Otherwise the hotel is great!
