We really enjoyed our stay at this iconic hotel. The staff and service was world class. There are so many different restaurants within easy walking distance and the beach access was super easy. The pool area was a favorite for our 7 year old, as well as the koi pond and the daily feeding experience. A very enjoyable stay for sure.

Beautiful, romantic, historic hotel right on the beach. We did not use the pool or other amenities, but the Mai Tai bar was lovely (the steak frites!) and the whole building was lovingly tended and smelled like flowers. Friendly staff and great housekeeping. Quiet, peaceful garden-view room with a comfortable bed. The smart TV in our room was very sluggish and we wished they offered complimentary wifi. Extremely convenient location for Waikiki. We had to pay for valet parking, which was expensive but very accommodating.

The property is convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. One thing I especially liked, I entered my room while housekeeping was there. The door was open so I just walked in. The housekeeper politely asked for my door key and checked to make sure it unlocked the lock. Kudos for that.

Being right on the shore there was easy access to the beach with incredible sunrise and sunsets. Picked out two lounge chairs and an umbrella for leisurely day in the sun. The staff, front desk to bell hop, restaurant hostess, food servers to bartenders, room cleaning and beach services were attentive and the Aloha spirit shined. Stayed in a historical room with garden view, quiet and peaceful which made my 75th birthday memorable. Aloha.

I loved our stay here! Our room felt huge, and was nice and clean when we checking in. We had 2 windows with pretty views of the garden! The staff at this resort is amazing! The housekeepers are smiling and friendly everyday, as well as all the other staff. I will say the pool is very small with very limited seating, BUT this is ocean front so we just enjoyed Waikiki Beach instead. My now husband proposed to me at this hotel, so it now has a very special place in our hearts. You'll love your stay here, and the fun location of being on the water and in the heart of Waikiki.
