When we got into our family room, and I crawled into my bed it was wet. The sheets were wet with urine from a previous guest before us. The urine had even soaked into the mattress there was so much. I called housekeeping and after 20 minutes I called again because nobody responded. What was most upsetting was that the general manger on duty the next day was not apologizing and saying sorry, he offered to give us a 200.00 food credit. Our family has never been to Hawaii and we paid a lot of money to stay at this beautiful hotel. I expected more from the management and was extremely disappointed in how they tried to compensate for a gross error in preparing our room. If the manager would have said, he was very sorry and offered to upgrade our room or even offer to cover one of our four nights that would have been respectable service. He did end up giving us a food credit equal to one night, but I had to almost beg and plead with him.

Great resort! We took the yoga and meditation classes every day. Staff were friendly; room was always made up early. They even found my lost baseball cap through their online list and found system. Would definitely return.

When I checked in, the room was in poor condition. There was hair in the bathroom, cookie crumbs and bags on the table, and the bedsheets, though laundered, were very worn and stained. The pillowcases were particularly worn and stained. I asked the nearby housekeeper to reorganize the room, but she wasn't satisfied. The room no longer lived up to the Sheraton's former reputation.

It was unpleasant due to the restroom next to the infinity pool being very dirty and just in general, not maintained. In the top it off there was a tampon on the floor when my wife went into the restroom with blood on it and very dirty.

Es un hotel muy completo. Una de las cosas que Me gustó y que no había visto en otro hotel es que la habitación tiene un vanity y también el toilet tiene bidet. También el hotel se encuentra en una área cerca de todas las tiendas y restaurantes y puede uno caminar sin usar el carro, Uber o taxi. Lo único que se me hizo muy carro fue el parqueo, el hotel nos cobró $55 por día. Nos salió más caro el parqueo que el alquiler del carro. Tiene piscina para los niños y aparte es la de los adultos que es privada. Recomendamos al hotel al 100%
