When we got into our family room, and I crawled into my bed it was wet. The sheets were wet with urine from a previous guest before us. The urine had even soaked into the mattress there was so much. I called housekeeping and after 20 minutes I called again because nobody responded. What was most upsetting was that the general manger on duty the next day was not apologizing and saying sorry, he offered to give us a 200.00 food credit. Our family has never been to Hawaii and we paid a lot of money to stay at this beautiful hotel. I expected more from the management and was extremely disappointed in how they tried to compensate for a gross error in preparing our room. If the manager would have said, he was very sorry and offered to upgrade our room or even offer to cover one of our four nights that would have been respectable service. He did end up giving us a food credit equal to one night, but I had to almost beg and plead with him.

Traveled end of Oct to Nov for 10 days, adults 45-53 years old. Positives are location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Also liked the activities when available. I appreciated the Zumba, hula and other classes offered. Biggest issues were we tortuous hard beds, cold pools, and overcrowded hot tubs by babies and screaming children. The pool hours don't consider their guests. Pool hours are from 8a to 8p, when most guests are awake early due to time difference computer pacific times. The front desk folks are unfriendly and dismissive. It took 4 calls and two emails to the corporate line to get the local manager who needed up being the assistant manager to return my call regarding a non working safe and broken refrigerator. The fridge was replaced but that’s after staying awake while 2 men took 2 hours to replace on the day we arrived. I would not recommend to adults. I would recommend to Sheraton that they keep customer service in mind, upgrade your toilet paper and buy comfortable beds. Not worth the money. Traveling back with a sore back and very little rest due to discomfort.

There is no ramp going for drop off to lobby. I am partially disabled and struggled getting up the stairs with my luggage.

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We weren't able to see Diamond Head like our last visit which was fabulous. I guess our room wasn't ready for us and offered us an upgrade to a higher floor with two beds. We declined the offer and they ended up giving it to us anyway. It was fine except that because of our sleeping habits with my cpap machine we ended up not being able to sleep together in the same bed.

We booked a room with 1 king bed and received a room with 1 king bed and 1 full bed, which we didn’t need and it took up a bigger portion of our room, for a bed tha we did not need, and we were told when we checked in that’s all they had and it had a king bed so we had to take it even though it had an extra bed we did not need or asked for, very inconvenient

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, it was near everything and the pool was amazing, the view of the Diamond head from the room & resort was priceless. Liz at the front desk was so sweet at checked it. I well definitely be back soon : )

The property is very convenient. The infinity pool and pool staff is outstanding. Everybody is super nice how they recommend stay here.
