Expect jackhammering, grinding, and vibration noises from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Fridays (excluding holidays). The communal swimming pool located on the 4th floor is now open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and you can also enjoy the lanai during your stay.

Our stay at this location was fantastic, with great access to the nearby restaurants and shops. The free on-site parking was a great amenity, along with the laundry room right around the corner on the unit. The unit itself was a comfortable amount of space for the two of us traveling, with a nice balcony that overlooks to the street below.From a communication standpoint, Braedon was both professional and prompt with his replies, providing detailed information leading up to and during the trip itself. I would highly recommend this prime Waikiki location to anyone planning a trip to the local area.
