Great place. Rooms are big. Very clean. Evidently they just remodeled and it looks great. We had to go to another hotel later in our trip that cost more and was supposedly fancier but both my wife and I said we liked the Best Western better. Very nice staff. Will stay here again when we're back up here.

Opportunity to improve

Overall was a nice short stay. But there was feces spots on wall in bathroom. House keeping needs to do a better job on wiping down the walls etc. also whatever they use to clean the floors is pretty slippery when wearing shoes

The hotel itself is nice .. they renovated recently so it’s clean .. what i did not like was no one came to clean the room during our stay and then when we requested towels you had to take the dirty ones down before u got new ones. Plus if u wanted to check out late it was an additional 30 for an hour ..

My wife discovered much to her dismay that the mostly used roll of toilet paper was the only one in the bathroom. When it ran out and she needed more RIGHT NOW, and she was the only one in the room, they didn't have anyone who could bring her another roll and told her she would have to come down to the front desk to get it herself. Inconvenient in her predicament. Otherwise we were all able to sleep fine but the breakfast was quite lacking. I can eat anything but my wife and kid basically found it all inedible and we had to get other breakfast during our stay. I chose it based upon its ratings thinking it was quite a deal for how well it was rated but I should have realized you get what you pay for. And we got what we paid for.

I didn’t like the fact the I was called at 2am to be asked if I had checked in. And house keeping just closed the door while we were having breakfast, we had kids there that was in town for a dance competition so getting everyone to eat in the amount of time we had was hectic but they didn’t have to just shut us in a room
