Very clean and focused on the travelers needs. Workers very friendly and pleasant. I spilled a little coffee walking,went to get a napkin,worker came out of nowhere and insisted on handling it.

Direct TV was not working. Let the service desk know as I was heading out late Friday afternoon. Gave permission for someone to enter my room when gone. Returned back early evening. Could not access any channels again. Called the desk, they said they will send someone again. No one showed up and I was not going to keep calling about this issue. I don't believe anyone came to check on the issue the first time I let them know.

Very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. The heated pool is a nice touch especially if you have kids that love swimming all year long. The breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend.

Easy arrival/check in, we liked the king suite, pool, gym and breakfast. Everything was fine. One observation was that the Hampton Inn /Suites in Springfield MA where we stayed last week gave us drinks/ snacks in our room that was part of our membership program. The Hampton in Harford did not.

This was an okay hotel. The breakfast was not to our liking but other people enjoyed it. Our room was okay but it needs maintenance. The paint on the walls were pilling off and ac cover was falling off. Again, this was an okay hotel but probably will not stay there. Also, if you don’t have a car I don’t know how you would get around. I guess you can always call uber.
