Hair dryer was broken and even started smoking when turned on. Box of tissues was empty. Requested a replacement hair dryer & tissues from Front Desk Staff....didn't receive either item. Approached housekeeping staff in hallway to get tissues. Didn't sleep well at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The matress springs / support were literally broken, leaving a large depression in the bed. At breakfast the next morning, the milk for the cold cereal was sour. Mentioned all of the above issues to Front Desk Staff and got a 'dazed' look in return. No satisfaction. Would not stay here again.

Rude Staff

Everything was great until breakfast on our second morning (Saturday). The staff were incredibly rude to everyone. Apparently breakfast on the weekend doesn’t open until 7:30. This is way too late when most people staying at this hotel are there for events at the complex and would have to be at the event before 7:30. Families kept coming downstairs looking for food and the two men working to set up were basically yelling at anyone who even mentioned breakfast or being hungry.

It was a short and nice stay. We stayed for the Vball tournament that’s just around the corner. Breakfast buffet is good.

Great experience as always. Dishwasher didnt work, window wouldnt seal shut, found candy and wrappers under the stool when i pulled it out to sit on it. So, i only gave 4 stars, but i go back every year, every time i go to Harrisburg

We loved the room and the amenities even though we didn't use the kitchen. Unfortunately at around 330am the heat was at 78 and when I tried to turn it off it went to 79. Tried to turn the AC on but stayed at 79 and making loud noises until my husband was finally able to remove the fuse and disconnect the unit...was still extremely warm in the room. But I'd rather be hot than cold! There was no one at the desk when we look left so we weren't able to let them know. Would definitely return for another stay though.

Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful night at this hotel! Very clean (my #1 priority in hotels), very comfy, large enough to spread out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the staff was so kind - she helped me move the furniture so I could catch my cat, who was hiding and did not want to get in his carrier. Great breakfast, too. I loved the location, the convenience right off I-81. I highly recommend this hotel.
