1-Property smelled of marihuana. 2-We requested a handicad accesible room to no avaible and they had the audacity to place us on the second floor w/o an elevator even after we asked for a handicad accesible room. 3-One of the rooms the ac wasn’t working and we ask to change it. The agent came upstairs to see if we’re telling her the truth and still said there’s no rooms available until we told her that we couldn’t sleep in a hot room. Finally she changed the room. Horrible service and property

El hotel es un DESASTRE.!! Tuve que esperar 35 minutos para registrarme mientras la señora del mostrador hablaba por teléfono. El hotel y tiene estacionamiento para todo el hotel y cobran el estacionamiento. La nevera no estaba enfriando. Alquile el cuarto por tres días (¡UN GRAVE ERROR.!) Y desde el primer día les dije que habían quitado la alarma de incendios en la habitación y que el grifo del baño del lavabo tenía una fuga y después de esperar dos horas para que los revisaran,nunca volvieron a ir y tampoco cambiaron mi habitación (tenían el hotel prácticamente vacío). El suelo del baño estuvo mojado durante los tres días. Espero que EXPIDIA publique esto. (¡O lo haré en otras redes sociales! ) He alquilado muchas veces Expidia , tanto hoteles como vuelos y cuando tengo una queja (que son las mínimas) ustedes se inclinan más a favor de los hoteles. Por ejemplo,estoy esperando una reclamación de hace más de cuatro meses en un motel del que tuve que salir al minuto después de entrar porque era peor del lugar donde se cría a los cerdos. Tengo las fotos y hasta ahora tú (EXPIDIA) no han hecho nada ni me ha pedido las pruebas. He sido una clientela de EXPEDIA durante muchos años y creo que no prestar atención a las quejas de los clientes NO es profesional. Creo que TODO, lo bueno y malo que pasa uno en los hoteles ustedes deberían publicarlo.

Everything is dirty and most things are broken. They also stole my security deposit. Its been over a month and i still havent gotten it back. They told me they have no idea what happend to it. I am very disappointed and upset about it. Id like some help to resolve this issues.

The hallways smelled overwhelmingly of urine. They were stuffy, filthy, and marked up in every place possible. There is no water available in the vending machines nor bags for the ice buckets. The ice bucket was visibly soiled with brown. I had to unplug the alarm clock because it was old and making a high pitched noise. I was afraid to stay here and actually started coughing in the night due to the air quality being so awful. Pay a higher price for another option unless you have no other choice.

Our AC didnt work, we had to get a new room, smaller and no view after paying for an upgraded room. The carpets were dirty with food still on the floor near the beds. The second floor looks horrendous and smells. The surprised us with daily parking fees upon check in, also held an extra $100 deposit until 7 days after check out.

The Expedia rating was 4.1, this is by far untrue. I have photos of how disgusting the room and hotel was. I am surprised Expedia would have this property on their site. I would not even give it 1 star. It was absolutely filthy (photos available), it was rundown beyond belief. It was a last minute booking and had it not been late, I would have demanded a refund. We ended up just catching a few hours sleep and getting out as quickly as we could. There arguments and people outside the windows, which by the way only had sheer curtains. The "real" curtains are secured so we were unable to block out people seeing in the room or us seeing out. I honestly can't even fully describe how disappointing this stay was. I will not trust the ratings on Expedia again.

Get bare minimum of what you pay for

Bathroom was a sauna. Had to ask for toilet paper and no toiletries after 5pm. Breakfast was lacking. No milk for cereal or coffee. Self made waffles and corn flakes we the only part of breakfast. Had vending machine to buy milk and other fruit loops. Parking not included.

Unpleasant front desk staff. Trash still in the room from prior visitor. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, mold on the ceiling in the shower. Bug in the bed and the room was never cleaned during our stay. Little to nothing offered at breakfast which caused problems and a loud argument with the staff and patron. We left a day early due to the hotel conditions and accommodations. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Seems as though people are living there as well.

When you book just make sure you have an additional $100 to complete the booking that they dont tell you kn here plus if you have a vehicle its $10 per day for your car. So add all that in because it does not come out in the fees that are charged on here its additional fees

The Hotel was reasonable. The Check in manager was helpful. They do have a $100 deposit policy. They will return the deposit if there is no damage.There is a $10 parking fee per night. It is not secured parking but the check in manager said we could park our car outside our room. With the price of the hotel, the parking is very fair.They do mention the deposit and parking on an email prior to arriving. The view of the Susquehanna River was nice and relaxing. We did not spend a lot of time in the room since we went to enjoy a car show at Carlisle.

Blood, bugs and drugs! Very very unsafe place to be. Drug addicts everywhere. This hotel rents rooms to homeless people. They have a no refund policy and it was really hard to get my refund. The manager is not onsite and only available after 10 am the next day. There is no housekeeper in the evenings and no maintenance. The front desk agent would not enter the room to see what the problem I had was. He absolutely refused to walk past the door. So obviously he knew full well that it wasn’t safe to be in there. The state health department needs to shut this place down. It’s not even safe for homeless people. I have children and I was not staying another night in that hotel with them. Hopefully we don’t get sick from mold exposure. The first floor rooms in the back of the hotel are completely full of black mold under the carpet and wallpaper. The smell was so strong. I smoke and I am not usually bothered by strong smells but this wasn’t safe. They changed my room to upstairs. That room didn’t smell as bad but the curtains had a bloody handprint on them. The night stand drawer had a white powder in it so I’m pretty sure that was drugs. And the other drawer had bugs in it. I will be posting my videos and pictures to social media so that people can be warned.

Not the worst place I've stayed but good use a deep clean. Came in the back where another guest brought me in and it smelled like a pool that closed years ago but my room was in front and was ok at best. Went to Dollar general and grabbed some cleaning supplies that made up for the issues. Sheets needed a good wash, had burn marks. Microwave and refrigerator was ok and helpful
