It also includes one free parking space within the building.



Guest Access:

Our Check-In begins at 3:00 pm. We offer 100% autonomous access to the apartment, so you can check in at the time that works best for you.

Located at Av. Naciones Unidas 7880, this apartment is in a safe, modern area full of services. It features a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the gastronomic dining area, providing an attractive and comfortable atmosphere during your stay. In addition, it is right next to Hospital Innovaré and very close to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and main roads, making it an ideal location for those seeking convenience and excellent mobility within Zapopan and Guadalajara.



Getting Around:

The building is located in an area with excellent connectivity. Public transportation is available nearby, and apps like Uber or Didi are a convenient option for getting around the city. The Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is approximately 30 minutes away, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property.



For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning will be scheduled to maintain optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay.

Cleaning service cost: $550 MXN per session.

Includes: towel change, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathroom and floors.

The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
