The hotel is great... forget about eating in any if the places. They hav only students working. Rooms are great, 2 elevatora for 27 floors? You have to be kidding. Its a real shame, a greatolace with the worse service I have ever experienced
For that price I thought it would be a quite and relaxing room but the room was really noisy, you hear the train at night honking it wakes you up and hearing the maids talking in the hall in the morning is really uncontrollable and upsetting, the room service needs to put more attention on what they are doing, they forgot stuff like butter for my hot cakes, they didn’t put pineapple when specifically says in the menu that the fruit comes with pineapple. If your plan is to relax it is not a good hotel to stay. The only good thing about the Hotel is the staff, design and the decoration.
All staff was very attentive and helpful, Went for a work trip and they accommodated all of us and our requests. Breakfast buffet was really yummy! I will definitely be back! Thank you all for a great stay!
Excellent service, very friendly staff. They resolved our issues in the moment. We will go back again. From the very start it was a extraordinary experience. Furniture and interior are really cool. The pool area has an incredible 360 view.
Beautiful hotel. Amenities and Service is what can make or break a hotel. Amenities (pool is very nice) however, the elevators, a different experience for such a grand hotel. Worst experience ever! Hotel is equipped with 3 very small elevators, and waiting from the 16 floor, they are programmed to go all the way to the top floor, and then make their way down. We literally waited for almost 1/2 an hour. By the time it would come down, it was always full of people, you would have to wait to push the button after it left your floor and go through the same process over again. The hotel wasn't hosting a special event or anything and wasn't didn't appear to be sold out. Just poorly engineered programming to the elevator systems. We had to take the steps down 16FL on 2 occasions just to make it out to the lobby. Not worth the time or revisiting. Too many other hotels just as nice in Guadalajara. Worst experience in all my travel experience throughout USA, Canada and Europe. Very disappointing.
This hotel has 27 floors and only three elevators. No elevator for service personal. Of the three, one does not work. Be prepared to very long waits for an elevator ride. If you are in floors 10 to 2, when elevators come they are full.
Since the moment I arrived to this "Temple of Rock and Music" Mr Alejandro Avila made me feel like he was my best friend. Showing me all the Hotel amenities and describing every single detail of the Hotel. He really knows his job to exceed guest expectations. The other personal is also very very kind and generous. Including Señora Soco was always sure I had extra towels and everything. They make you feel like a Rock Star!!! Congratulations to Senorita Citlali Lopez and her crew. The only thing you guys have to work on is the elevator situation! That is really bad. It takes forever for the elevators to arrive. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and co-workers in Orange County California! Thank you for everything guys! David Maya email@example.com
A very Modern and high Tecnology Hotel with excelent facilities, the bar is fun with good live bands, Rooms are big enough for an enjoyale good night sleep, room service was good too. I will definitely recomend it.
My brother and I planned a trip to Guadalajara, and we made it a must to stay at the Hard Rock Guadalajara. The place is fairly new; I believe it opened last year in November and it’s July now. Besides that, the service and attention to detail, from all the staff (from parking attendance, waiters at the restaurant and bar, to management) is impeccable. You can tell where service is highly regarded and hospitality goes right with it. I can confidently say that the staff here works as a team, all in unison with one common purpose - the guest. I commend the staff for the camaraderie that is seen throughout and it is obvious that it’s what what keeps this well oiled machine running like it is; keep it up! I went down for breakfast, which is not included but the price is fair. I opted for the buffet but let me add it is nothing like any other hotel buffet I’ve ever been to. The food was awesome and not to mention a good variety of options for all tastes. The concept of open kitchen is great too; you can see the chefs preparing the great dishes they put out. Of course, most of the time I was there I didn’t even have to stand up, I had my waiter, Juan, always attentive to my needs. I am sitting here writing my review and my coffee has never gotten cold nor ran out for that matter. Last night at the bar, we had a blast. Again, service was awesome and the ambiance was great too. The servers were all attentive to our needs and were great hosts as well. They all shared a little with us, either a joke a fun rock fact, or both. I am sure we are hanging out today as well. It is not common to write a review before the stay ends; however, I believe this place needs that attention - everything should reciprocate. I will probably update this review with more awesomeness after my stay, but for now ROCK ON Hard Rock Guadalajara! We’re having a great time, and it’s no doubt you’re all part of it.
I stayed for a couple days at the hotel. All three guest elevators were broken for all my stay. We had to take the service elevador that would take more then 20 minutes to be able to get to my floor. The worst part is that all the employees I asked didn’t know the elevators were down or when they would be fixed which made the situation even worse. They also just ignored our frustrations which makes me think this is a problem that the hotel is constantly facing. The gym was dirty and during breakfast they ran out of almond milk and green juice.
