The restaurants were excellent and the room was clean. The elevators did not work and we were on one of the top floors. The room service was terrible, they served us raw hamburgers. And lastly, both our room and my mother-in-laws rooms front doors would not close. We had to call maintenance to repair them. It felt very insecure.
