I enjoy traveling and I have had the pleasure of staying in some really nice hotels. However, this is not one of them. I have never left a negative review on a property but I feel compelled to share with my fellow travelers. Please avoid this place at all cost. The pictures they share online is nothing like the room you will receive in person. The room was really small and the bathroom was literally on the right side of my bed. It felt like I was in prison. I kindly told the front desk that I wanted a refund and they agreed. Carolina who is the manager said it would be a problem. However, Expedia has tried multiple times and the hotel is refusing to give me a refund for the nights that I did not stay in their property. Please avoid this place, they will rip you off. It’s a tourist trap. They will just take your money.

It was a nice stay, the pool wasn’t too welcoming, but we didn’t plan on getting in. The gym is a little dated, people that were working out had a loud speaker full blast at 6am and woke us up 3 of the 6 nights we were there, so walls were not so thick and you can hear neighboring rooms and we were directly above gym so that was the only uncomfortable thing. But it was mainly that people have no consideration or common sense of hotel peace and quiet. We did report to office. So just take that into consideration, noise level might not be good if you plan on staying in hotel room a lot. O The food for breakfast was descent. Overall, staff was nice and rooms got cleaned every day. Full fridge and microwave is a plus.

There was hair on the bed sheets and on the shower. You can hear the people on the room next to you as if they were on your room. The maintenance person came to fix something and left all the cut cable pieces on the floor.
