We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was very clean and spacious. On the night we checked in, the staff were nice and helpful. However, we found that taking the elevator was a bit annoying because even though the elevators were not busy, we had to go from the 8th floor down to the dining floor (PB) and then take the other elevator down to the lobby in order to exit the hotel. We had a morning international flight and had to wake up at 4:30 am to shower and pack up but could not shower nor even use the bathroom because there was no water! I called down to the front desk and the lady said she will make a "report". Thankfully we had bought a gallon of water the night before and had water to wash our faces and brush our teeth!

They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.
