Staff helpful, beds were very comfortable and loved having iron with board in room. The only difficulty was attempting to determine if we were at the correct place as they were doing renovation/construction and there was no signage from the road. Staff stated the construction crew had just taken the signage down for remodel.

Great hotel for a family get away

It was a great stay! The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly which definitely made us feel welcome. Great location, excellent amenities, and great breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Staff told us when we checked in that we could not smoke or vape in the room (which we don't do anyway). However, when we went to the room they gave us it smelled like somebody had been smoking in there. I went back to the desk and told her one of us had asthma and could not stay in that room because it smelled like someone was smoking, and she told me no one should be smoking in there. Regardless, it smelled like it so she did relent and move us. The stay was average, the location wasn't great.

During my recent stay, the hotel’s air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite running the unit all night, the room never cooled below 76°F, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, although I prepaid for the reservation through Expedia, the hotel requested a credit card for incidentals. The next day, I discovered multiple unexpected charges on my card, totaling over $700. My credit card was frozen due to suspected fraud. When I contacted the hotel, they apologized and claimed it was a mistake, assuring me it had been corrected. However, later that same day, they charged my card again—and the next day, they added another $400 in charges. When I called for assistance, I was told a manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I eventually had to escalate the issue to the hotel’s corporate office. I’m still in the process of disputing the charges and recovering my money. This experience was extremely stressful, and I’m requesting Expedia’s assistance in resolving these issues and ensuring this doesn’t happen to other travelers.

Best bed ever

The room we originally checked into smelled like smoke. We let the front desk know and they apologized and offered us a new room. Rooms were decent and nothing fancy. The bed was literally the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept on. I almost asked the staff what type of mattress they use because it was amazing.
