Wonderful Family Trip

From the landscaping on the outside to the cleanliness on the inside this hotel was just beautiful. The location is perfect with several stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed three nights for our family trip to the area and loved the quick 25 min drive to Holland. We enjoyed the breakfast, amenities (self laundry, pool), and were surprised by an added nightly courtesy meal during the days of our stay (pasta night, taco night, and a mashed potato bar). The staff were all gracious, informative, and available for needs. We were sad to leave but now have a forever spot to stay when we travel back to the area. Absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend!!!!

Only 2 complaints are that the door to the bathroom was a pocket door which stuck/was off the track. Made for more than a few moments of feeling trapped. Additionally, there wasn’t a closet but an assigned area in the bathroom corner. Other than that, it was a great stay. Kitchen was terrific.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were not bothered by anyone. The outdoor grounds were lovely. The kitchen was so convenient for our family. The room smelled like dog which was unpleasant. As is typical in hotel rooms, the room temperature was cold but clammy/humid. The hot tub was not hot and the jets were malfunctioning.

The suite was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the full kitchen in the room, which made it feel like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed, which made it easy to rest after a long day.
