I was very disappointed to arrive and be told the pools and hot tubs were all closed for renovation, but no work was being done. I would have appreciated a heads up about the closure before my check-in/arrival from both Orbitz and the Clarion. Disappointed. The quality of this hotel is going downhill.

We paid almost $300 for a disgusting room. We were put on the 2nd floor. The elevator didn't work. Then put on 1st floor. The room or breakfast was not worth $300. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
