We arrived and the room was filthy. There was stains on the floor from what appeared to be pet urine and/or vomit. The toilet was running, the TV did not work. There were stains on the curtains. The room smelled foul and awful. We had to find a different hotel to stay at.

I booked the hotel because there was a shuttle service to the airport. I needed to get to the airport by 5 AM. They said there wasn't anybody available at that time of day, and they were not very helpful with trying to resolve the problem. I ended up paying extra for a transport service. The room had a funny smell also. On closer inspection, the toilet was leaking from the base.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It had ants or what looked like tiny ants. The carpet was stained - I would not walk barefoot on it at all. The tile in the bathroom sink area was cracked or missing. The curtains were messed up and hard to open. The rooms are just overall run down. The desk chair was so worn you could see the foam cushion sticking out everywhere. The "complimentary breakfast" was a joke. Watered down coffee, no decent pastries and a carton of yogurt. I went to starbucks down the street and purchased egg bites, cinnamon rolls and instant coffee packets and heated it all up in the microwave. Yes, it was a convenient location and not too expensive, but guess you get what you pay for. We've stayed at Comfort Inn up the street before for not much more and while certainly not fancy was a better experience than this. Won't be back.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I know I paid for a budget hotel but this was below budget, it was 3rd world. The room was not vacuumed. There were crumbs and “stuff” everywhere, on the couch and in the carpet. There were no towels in the bathroom. I called 3x for towels. I was told each time by the staff who was doing nothing in the office but staring at the computer that it would “be 10 or 15 minutes “ finally I gave up. The next day I went to the office in person and asked for 2 towels. They only gave me 1 towel. They told me it would be 15 minutes before they had another one! The breakfast is not a breakfast. The food was stale and old. I asked the staff for something and they brought out 2 frozen bagels! Sheesh. The shower in room 112 had a hole in the ceiling that looked very unsanitary as if it had water damage and black mold. Terrible terrible. I will never stay here again. I also am wondering if I should use Expedia anymore as their quality assurance is obviously going down the drain.

The new room didn't have any bath towels (though the shower wasn't that clean; I'm not sure I would have wanted to use them regardless).

The property is definitely showing its age. The rooms were unclean. The beds had hair between the sheets, the TV did not work (turn on), and the shower floor was nearing black. Called the front desk two times to bring a necessity to the room and they never showed up.

First we were put in a room next to 2 dogs.We have a dog too, but we were only there for 5 minutes and they wouldn't stop barking, we envisioned a doggy version of dueling banjos, so we asked for another room. In doing so, we lost our king bed. The toilet leaked and we only had one towel for 2 people.

This was an absolutely disgusting place. Plunger in bathroom had gross TP on it, there were bugs and cockroaches, someone’s clumpy makeup dried in bits on the counter. And the smell was atrocious. Literally the only decent part was the guys at the front desk were professional. Repulsive place.

This hotel did not reflect the usual standards of Hotels.com Breakfast was supposed to be included. The counter was not well stocked. We had to open cabinets to find packaged foods and fruit. Even then the quality and variety was not good. Obtaining fresh linens was a bit challenging. The office attendant was not always visibly available, and seldom comfortable with being accommodating. The room was "clean," but felt grimy. The lamp was broken at the junction to the switch.
