Had a great stay here! Beautiful place with all the necessities. Great place, great location, comfy beds, and quiet. Very homie. Loved the patio!! Would highly recommend! Thank you for a great place! Only issue was the front door took several attempts to open every time. Everything was fantastic!

This townhouse is very comfortable and clean. We had some family members visit us there and they were impressed with the screened in porch and the nice kitchen. If I ever get back to Grand Forks I would definitely stay there again. I thought the price was good too.

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. Our whole family enjoyed it. We did end up going to the wrong garage door because of the signage. There was a gentleman in that garage who guided us in the right direction as he said "it happens all the time". I think better signage on the actual doors of the garage and building would be helpful for all. Overall the stay itself was more than we anticipated and would stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic Place to Stay in Grand Forks

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this condo. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Grand Forks near the University.My only complaint is being forced to buy the Property Damage Protection for 59.00, That was totally unnecessary and uncalled for.

Great stay!

Had a great stay here when in town for daughter’s wedding. Clean, well equipped, and Love the screened porch! Appreciate they use detergent free of fragrance as well. Prompt communication from the management and they accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated. This was are 2nd stay here and would stay again!

Everything about this property is perfect! Very new, clean, spacious, luxurious and quiet. The kitchen is beautiful with high end appliances and has everything you could need. Living room has a giant TV and super comfy couches. Bedrooms also have nice TVs. Bathrooms are large, have niece countertops, lots of toiletries and wonderful storage, lots of luxurious towels and even the toilets are fancy - they are Toto brand toilets. Bedrooms have large very comfortable beds and large walk-in closets with tons of hangers. There’s even an extra large washer and dryer and laundry baskets. And you can park in a spacious garage with a remote. We didn’t use the screened porch but it looked very nice and comfy with a fire pit. It was perfect and we look forward to staying here the next time we’re in Grand Forks.
