Ambiance of environment was like a "piece of rural/country in the middle of the city" 😊 The outside/lobby/hallway/pool area music is classic county tunes within a rustic cabin decor theme = super cozy for this country girl get-away trip 👌 Staff was friendly & helpful. Pool & hot tub area was clean & fully functioning. I stayed in a Deluxe Suite w/ King bed sofa sleeper, 2 person Jacuzzi & fireplace... LOVED IT! French doors separate entry/sofa area from bath/bedroom part of room. TV located in both areas

Was close to hospital where I needed to be. Fair price. Clean. Early breakfast. Missing some more modern features we've come to be used to like USB charging ports. Not a deal breaker though.

Got a call 30 minutes before check in that they wanted to downgrade our room due to renovations happening on that floor… they proceeded to place our room right in between the rooms being renovated and the halls were cluttered with stuff from the rooms making it difficult to get to our door. Once in our room the bathroom fan didn’t work, there were stains on the bedding, there was an odour in the room that made us physically sick in the morning and we felt immediate relief once we left the building… the floors were dirty all over the building. Would not recommend staying and will be trying to be compensated as the stay is not worth the outrageous price. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Another great stay

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and its always a great stay. We got upgraded to a whirlpool room which was a nice suprise, and came in handy after a long day of shopping. The only downsides for this stay were that we wished we had more pillows, but I'm sure we could have gotten more if we asked. Also, i noticed the antler chandeliers in the lobby were gone, and i used to enjoy the cozy feel they gave. This hotel is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

Fine service, awful everything else.

The room was a mess, looked like it had not been vacuumed in ages. Sink was dirty, toilet was dirty, a broken piece of trim was propped in the corner, desk lamp was broken. The hot tub was colder than the air in the pool room, completely unusable. If i had the time I would have definitely left.
