Fabulous

We were very impressed. Arrived early and either needed to pre check in or change the name on the reservation to my spouse as I had to go coach for 6 hours and the rest of my family needed to get in the room. Not only was I able to check in 3 hours early, he found a better room than I’d reserved due to a cancellation and it was ready already. He comped the difference as well. He was extremely helpful and friendly and we will absolutely stay at this location anytime we need to be in the area in the future.

My hotels.com reservation never made it to the hotel even tho i had confirmation from 7 days prior. The 2 wonderful front desk ladies searched for half hour and were unable to find it.
