This completely renovated unit is perfect for a couple or even just one. The studio style floor plan allows for ease of upkeep and a very cozy atmosphere. Throw yourself on the comfortable couch or chair and enjoy watching entertainment on your new flat screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchen provides a nice place to prepare and serve any meal. The curved rod shower curtain provides extra space and comfort.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Beach Trip

Our end of the summer beach trip was awesome and couldn’t have been better. The condo was perfect! The resort was beautiful and perfect. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. No sharks or rip tides while we were there. No storms coming thru. It was probably the best trip in a long long time! We’ll be coming back next summer. ❤️
