Adorable apartment in a great location. Loved having the little kitchen with refrigerator. The pool was nice and rarely anyone in it. Perfect for families. Newly upgraded and super clean. If you like small properties without a lot of big hotel amenities at a reasonable price, this is it. Wish we could have stayed longer

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. This location was perfect for our itinerary. Would had love to see the room have hangers and an iron as we were attending an event and needed to fix up the outfits. The parking spots can be tight and we ran into some having our spot taken one night so we just parked at one that was available. It was never confirmed if we needed to park as assigned to our room but considering each spot had the room number we followed that each night.

There were a lot of bugs in a room that kept flying onto the nightstand and the bed! One landed on me! Disgusting. I killed at least 30 of them, and they kept coming from under the door!! I had to shut the lights off and go to bed at 9 pm so I don't have a light for them to be coming in. No front desk staff to exchange rooms, you have to send a message to the manager.

Excellent all around!

I highly recommend this property. It is self service from check-in to checkout without issue. The property is super clean and has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk amd gorgeous!

Great Place ! It’s an older hotel but the rooms are all renovated. It’s small and private , just the way I like it. Pool was great and heated. 5 minutes to the beach . 10 minute walk to groceries and liquor. Matthew was a great host! Would definitely stay here again !

Relaxing Pre-cruise Getaway

Fully updated modern rooms, well maintained, low key and spotless old Florida style hotel. Although there aren’t many restaurants or stores in the immediate area it’s only about 3 blocks from the Water Taxi’s stop #10 which provides access to a route with interesting stops offering shopping, recreation, and restaurant options. I would definitely stay there again.

Didn't see any staff, property clean, pool outside door was nice for kids. Air con great, despite on busy road it was quiet inside. Had everything we require for a short two night stay. Area outside and location was good for beach but not great for amenities in walking distance.

Had the 1br and it was amazing as it was newly renovated and looked just like pictures. Pool was clean and heated. Love the keyless entry. Exterior is boring looking but don’t let that fool you. Would have been nice to have a couple coffee pods for the coffee maker in the k morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, really small.

The room was tiny with very few amenities. It was very clean with a semi-comfortable bed. The appearance of the property from the street was a little run down, but at least they kept the rooms clean. We only stayed one night, but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer.
