Fantastic staff!! One was Denise and the other i can't remember her name. Stayed day before and after my cruise and both times the staff was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and clean, great breakfast in the morning. Great stay!

Property clean, staff friendly , Transportation wasn't exactly up to par. This time I called them 10 time for a pick from the port, no answer and the mailbox was full, My husband went around the port walking looking for the van, finally found the driver but no one still didn't answer the phone to let us know they was there.

The lobby of the hotel was nice. The room was very plain the beds were mushy and it was absolutely no water pressure in any of the bathroom facilities. The shower was awful sink was awful toilet bowl was awful this is the lowest water pressure I've ever encountered in my entire life terrible

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights before our cruise and had asked for adjoining rooms. We arrived late in the evening and they did not have any adjoining rooms available, which I understand can happen. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic and had to put one room on the 1st floor and the other one on the 3rd floor. In the morning I went and spoke to the lady at the desk and asked her if she could please move us all to the same floor. She was rather rude and said no, that would make an extra room to clean. I stated we had requested adjoining rooms in our reservation. She did not care - she really could use a course in customer service. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was your typical hotel lobby breakfast. The area is more of an industrial area, but there is a Wendy's right next door which was handy.
