Very clean

We had a very unfortunate experience at this property. On a positive note, we had a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport, the pool was ok, and the staff for the most part were alright as well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was very poor. We had ordered pizza from Dominos and didn't have any napkins, so I used one of the hotel's washcloths instead. When I unfolded the cloth I found pubic hair (I have a picture of it as well). We were in room 303, which was located right next to room 301 (our doors were about 8" from each other - I have a photo of this as well) and we were secluded on the end cap. My husband and I were woke up in the middle of the night (starting at 1:30am), because the room next to us was partaking in prostitution. All night long there were cars honking (some sort of code for the women in the room), people going in and out of the room all night long, loud talking and security going to the room and confronting what was going on at 4:10 a.m. Security did let the women in the room know that if they didn't end what was going on, they'd be asked to leave. Thankfully things ended when the security confronted them. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, and the GM later that morning. I was told that it was noted in their file that they are no longer welcome at that property. I can't express the feeling we had experiencing this with our own eyes, as well as having our kids in the room with us.

Very old and basic accommodation for the high price. External hallways. Filthy old elevator. Outdoor detached lobby with a walk up window at night did not make us anymore comfortable about staying there. I felt like we were in a scene from a seedy movie in the ‘60s or ‘70s.

There was not a coffee maker in room. The refrigerator did not work. They need more USB outlets.

This is the first time I am leaving a negative review for a hotel... Here are the issues: -the microwave & mini fridge were located in the bathroom -

the room is not clean, no tea or coffeemaker, noise the whole night

The room was clean, but the air conditioner was not working. Close to the freeway, so kind of noisy. The pool was closed also.

Staff was very slow I’m checking people in. Lines built up and there was no sense of urgency.

If you enjoy dirty rooms, inconvenient parking and a police raid at 3 o’clock in the morning this is the spot. People doing and apparently selling drugs on the balconies. Hair in the ice bucket and refrigerator. Gross

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The hotel smelled like cigarettes when it was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was super scary to be there. Our room door had a big gap underneath the door, had to use towel to block and the lock was not secured. I had to literally slam the door in order for the door to lock. When I brought this issue to the hotel's front desk, they told me I couldn't exchange rooms since we went inside and told us had to sleep in the room. The hotel was next to a train track so you heard the train every hour and all traffic on road was loud. If that wasn't bad enough, there was a huge argument in front of the hotel and we heard glass breaking. We left 3 hrs after we check in. We were supposed to be there 2 nights. Super unsafe!! I wouldn't even give them a star if possible. Avoid this hotel!!

Unique can we use that word in description of the Hotel would be delusional at least . There are many sanitizing and air fresheners on the market that should be used to make the smokers room more comfortable. Thanks again for the smoking room . Puff puff . 👍🙏😤
