Wonderful house

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place

The house was amazing! Very spacious and a lot of equipment to cook. Everything is very clean and tidy and it is clear that they put a lot of thought into how to spoil the guests. The rooms are large and pampered vey pleasant to stay in. We were short of certain things and they were quickly brought to us-outstanding service!!! I highly recommend the hospitality and the stay in this lovely house.

Best vacation ever!!

This place was amazing, absolutely stunning!!! It was big for our family of 5 but we loved the house and the location so much, totally worth it! Latitude Key pays a lot of attention to details, even snacks and sunglasses were available upon arrival. Watching dozens of yachts and even cruisers passing by while barbecuing was priceless. We had the best vacation ever. Thanks!!

Fantastic experience

My annual family thanksgiving trip was perfect and all 11 of us agreed the house was amazing. We had space to move around, multiple seating and hang out areas, view of the intercostal and a lovely kitchen where we ate every meal for 6 days! Even when we needed a few items, the service from Lattitude Key was immediate. Already looking to reserve the house (or similar) for next thanksgiving.

We stayed here over spring break with two families (4 adults, 4 teens) and had an outstanding experience. The home was exactly as advertised and impeccably clean on arrival. Towels and sheets were truly premium quality, and the high‑end kitchen was extremely well appointed—with ample fridge/freezer and pantry space plus every appliance, dish, utensil, and piece of cookware we needed.The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering plenty of room for group time or quiet moments alone. TVs and Sonos audio were available throughout, including outdoors.The outdoor spaces were exceptional. The heated pool was perfect for both adults and teens, with plenty of shade and lounge seating. The over‑the‑water area with a fire pit, hot tub, and seating was our favorite spot—amazing views of yachts and cruise ships, yet never noisy or intrusive.The location was ideal: great for morning walks, kids could bike to the beach, groceries and restaurants were minutes away, and it was a quick Uber ride to Fort Lauderdale Beach.Latitude Key was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and proactive. They even helped us stay an extra night when our flight was canceled and arranged last‑minute transportation for a spontaneous Miami trip. Highly recommend this property and any home managed by Latitude Key.

Upscale in Every Way

We had a great family trip celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday. There are too many pluses to list, so I will give my top 5, in no particular order:1) Location! The property is a short drive from the airport, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Whether you are taking an Uber/Lyft or driving, the entire area is within reach.2) Luxury! The house is as luxurious on the inside as it is on the outside. From the quality of the furniture to the excellence of the primary bedroom and bathroom.3) Communication! There were no lapses in communication from the time of booking, while on site, and after checkout. The team is swift and helpful. 4) Amenities! We bought things we didn’t need, not knowing they would be provided. From cooking utensils, to nice beach towels, to fun items. The staff has thought of most of what you need to enjoy yourself.5) Time! Time stood still while in the house. The 4 days spent there felt like a full week. We were able to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and just relax.I will definitely consider staying at this property again. It’s an investment worth every penny.
