Only thing I did not like was my flat was in the basement. Had I known this before I would have asked for different room or stayed elsewhere. Very clean and comfortable and easy to get around. A little further from the sights that I thought but still able to walk to Royal Mile, Hollyrood House, and Castle. Lots of restaurants int he are as well.

Nice and big aparthotel. We enjoyed being close to local amenities. The beds were the most comfortable from our ten days vacation. We thought the kitchenette had a hot plate from looking at the picture and in fact there are none, but pots and pans were in the cabinets just as if there was a hot plate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee and pastries at the reception. The coffee maker with pods was a deception, like most coffee makers with pods. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Good place to stay

Good experience checking in. Rooms were good however showing some signs of wear and tear. Fire alarm when off early in the morning but no communication from management on the issue. Overall a good place to stay.

Comfortable room with good amenities. The decor was nice and the service in the lobby was very kind. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped, there was mold in the shower and the room had a strong urine smell. Also, the original windows rattle quite a bit during windy conditions, making it difficult to sleep.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my family. The place was wonderful and clean and we had 2 rooms for a family of 4. The room is equipped with basic amenities including microwaves and washing machine which were indeed very convenient. The lady in the reception was very helpful when the bathroom water was not flowing out and she helped fix it. The place is about 20 minutes walk to the train station and near to most of the main attractions. Highly recommended.

The aparthotel is on a fairly quiet street but is near virtually everything you will want to visit or see. The rooms are fairly spacious (bathroom / shower, bedroom, and a living / kitchen space that includes everything you will need to include a washer / dryer. The layout was quite good and the room was clean and well maintained. If you are visiting Edinburgh for several days, you should DEFINITELY consider this for your accommodations.

The room was beautiful! Very modern with super high ceilings! Really enjoyed the decor. The only issue we had was parking. At the time we stayed, it was 35 pounds per night that you have to use a third party app to pay for. The parking garage is underneath the hotel in a very tight entrance. We wound up just returning our rental car a day early as to not hassle with the parking arrangements. We also wanted to enter through the back room and rang the buzzer, only to be told that we'd have to walk all the way around the front to be helped. We were a bit miffed that our room wound up being RIGHT NEXT to the back door and it would've been very convenient to drop off our luggage there instead of wheeling it across the cobblestones. I understand if not using the back door is a safety concern, but maybe putting a note up that the front door must only be used would've dampened the blow a bit. Other than that though, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our room and accessibility to all of the wonderful things in Edinburgh.

I was pleasantly surprised about my stay, the room (405) was VERY quiet and the bed was VERY comfortable. One of the most comfortable and best nights' sleeps in my 3-week UK stay. I didn't need a kitchen, just a fridge and kettle, but it was a very smart and sensible layout, plenty of space. The only thing I didn't care for was a bit of an old grease smell from past customers, and the bit of black mold along the glass shower door and along some grout lines, but it wasn't the end of the world. I just don't wear corrective lenses in the shower. :) I kept the window open, which was pleasant and helped with the grease smell. I would return I think, if the price was right. Very close to everything, and I prefer New District over Old District.

We were very happy with this property. We had a last minute change to our plans and had to upgrade to a family room which happened smoothly. Great communication with the staff, easy check in and check out and a lovely and spacious clean apartment! Also a very nice location, not far from the train station and the city center.
