Great, large apartment
Apartment was large and very clean, and in a great location. Just be sure to ask about how to access the parking space before arrival. We didn’t, and couldn’t find it without more information. No coffee maker. Asked for assistance on first day; never assisted.

This is a beautiful property, and with a small amount of renovation it could be a real destination. However, I would warn guests to heed previous reviews and not necessarily expect everything in the flat to work upon arrival (heating, hot water, oven etc). For me it was mainly the boiler and the oven that were problematic (the oven didn’t work at all while I was there). Also the microwave was removed after I tried to turn it on once and was determined to be “hazardous”. However, to give credit to the owners, they were very good about sending people out to fix these issues. Having said that in fairness the issues should not have existed to begin with, especially as I was hesitant given all other reviews so had contacted owners prior to booking to make sure that the issues had been addressed. If I had stayed here for full price I would have been more annoyed. However, the flat itself is lovely and in a lovely part of town :)

Lovely spacious Appartment close to the centre of Edinburgh.
We had a fantastic stay but there was no TV, when I found it in a cupboard the housekeeper had it installed but without the coaxial lead so we couldn’t watch it. We were also unable to work the hob even thought we googled the instructions...

Excellent location, modern, great directions
There was tremendous effort to provide this unit as first class. It became obvious the owner-manager had not lived there, as the unit was never properly commissioned for occupancy. The wifi unit has been replaced but the instructions were for an older unit. The cleaning staff cleaned the unit, but it was very messy, with old laundry, old discarded materials stuffed in the closets. There were no instructions to operate the clothes washer, and stove. Why provide 3 aluminum fry pans for an induction stove, they just don't work. The TV was too difficult to use, maybe because we not up to the new technology, but we were unable to watch broadcast tv. The heat was inconsistent and could have been on earlier in the day.
This is an amazing suite-flat, and highly recommend it to anyone. The instructions to pick up the key and the location to park were exceptionally clear.
