The location of this flat can’t be beat. There are so many places to eat that are literally next door, around the corner and just down the street that we rarely made use of the fully equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the flat made traveling light a breeze. There was also a drying rack available for items that you don’t want to put through the tumbler. We didn’t travel with clothes that needed to be ironed, but the board and iron was available. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.Everything was clean and cozy. Our host answered the questions that we had in a very timely and warm manner. Much of the city is available, including groceries, within walking distance, and buses to other areas of the city are literally right outside the door.We were so busy exploring that we didn’t make full use of the book, games, and internet streaming that was available.The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The pictures shown of the space were very accurate.We highly recommend this flat for a both short getaway or longer stay. I can imagine it being the perfect place for those needing close proximity to the University of Edinburgh as it is just across the street.
