Room was good except for a few small tears in the sofa -- about 5 or 6. Staff was excellent - especially a very pleasant, young man (30ish), who seemed to be responsible for many items -- check in, parking and so on -- all of which he took care of with a smile on his face! Well equipped kitchen for 4 people. All in all, we would recommend it to other families - definitely convenient to city center - a short bus ride away! We were in Edinburgh at the height of the Tattoo - so we paid top $$s. Would stay again - perhaps in one of the shoulder 'seasons'!

It was dark when we got to the location and the reception desk was a bit hidden so we had a little trouble locating it. However, checking in was a breeze and they had an onsite parking for an additional fee. We found the rooms to be really warm (temperature) that we had to crack the windows open to let in the cool night breeze. The rooms were spacious which is a surprise as I was expecting a crammed suite considering we were in Europe. The location was not optimal as there weren't a whole lot of dining options around the area. The city center was a bit of a walk and parking was scarce so it was impractical to drive. Luckily we brought some food to cook and there was also a Tesco nearby. We were able to put the well-stocked kitchen to good use. Overall, it had the essentials and I'll look for this brand the next time we're in Europe.

We had an excellent stay. It was a nice, clean room with an excellent pull out for our 2 adult children. It is in walking distance of everything for tourists too. A great time.

The apartment that it shows on site for a 2 bedroom is not the accommodation you will receive. The apartment that is shown in the photos is the 4 bedroom, we we very disappointed with misleading photos. The apartment we received was very small and bathroom did not have jets shower as shown in all bathroom photos. Clean and central but overall a disappointment to be so deceived. Also having to hand in remote to access the garage each time was a real pain.

This was a great place to stay the apartments were very stylish and well equipt. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher everything an apartment would have. The location was kind of hard to find but it is right in the middle of the city. The rooms were a little hot as you really could not control the heart, so we opened a window and that did the trick. Overall a great place to stay in Edin burgh

good location - great with family - bus stop and local sainsbury very close by. quiet yet close to attraction

Having a full kitchen as well as washer/dryer meant not having to go out for all of our meals or using a coin laundry. We were within walking distance of the Edinburgh Castle as well as the Royal Mile. We bought daily bus passes and used the WiFi at the complex to get bus as well as train schedules. Bus stops were right outside the apartments. We bought a train pass before we left the U.S. and it took about 10 minutes to get from the apartment to Haymarket Station. The apartment was clean and everything new and modern.

Excellent value, very clean, bit small but for a short stay it was well worth the cost.
