This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was always accessible. Laundry service was timely and convenient. Kitchen was perfect. Easy access to transportation. The entire start was really fantastic.

Spacious apartment, in good location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa etc. Was very warm despite no heating being on so we were very glad of the fans that are provided!

Great stay! There were a few little niggles here and there (light out in living room, stompy person upstairs (fortunately only heard them in the evenings), crumbs and dust here and there), but overall it was a great stay. Other than "stompy" upstairs, it was a quiet place, had good water pressure in the shower, a decently stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking gear, not food/seasonings), was easy to get to, close to multiple express grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries. We actually found it to be pretty central and convenient to everything and walked almost everywhere (but we're avid walkers so take that with a grain of salt). Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was really uncomfortable, we could hardly get any sleep. I guess it is relatively close to the sights (15-20mins walk) and the staff working there was very nice and helpful. The apartment itself was not the cleanest or in the best shape unfortuntely.

The apartment was in a great location in a safe neighbourhood, about 15 mins walk to the castle. Staff were very lovely and accomodating. The hotel could have supplied washing tablets but other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

I love the apartment feel. The place was a bit more secluded which I wanted, but you could walk to transportation or to the city center. I like to cook my own meals so this was perfect. The supermarket was in walking distance, an added plus. The staff was so accommodating and the place was immaculate.

The room had a few issues which would not have been able to be resolved overnight. It didn’t spoil our stay though. One out of the two members of staff as we were checking out was understanding and reasonable. It was a comfortable apartment in a good location. If issues were resolved, we’d stay there again.
