Located at the edge of Edinburgh and only 10 minutes by car from Edinburgh Airport, this is the perfect location for tourists that want to be near the airport but not too close to central Edinburgh! Bus stop, local supermarket and restaurants are only 5 minutes by walking so everything is nearby.
My home is a comfortable and warm safe space, I welcome all guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and a dining table.

This Property is a Gem

We had a wonderful stay here! Ruairidh has created a beautiful property that is very well appointed. There is a large table which gave my wife and I plenty of space to work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bath and the kitchen were bright and modern. The property is next to a park and very close to a walking trail by a canal which my wife and I enjoyed several times. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is also very close to a grocery store and bus stop. We chose to stay here because it was so much more affordable than staying in Edinburgh, yet it is just about a half hour away from Edinburgh by bus. Also, it's about 10 ten minutes away from the airport. If we even come back to this are we would definitely stay here again.
