Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was horrible also if you have any degree of cat or dog allergy don’t stay here it is an animal friendly hotel and triggered an asthma attack in my son and we were 4 hours from home it does show online it’s animal friendly but my mistake thinking it wouldn’t trigger anyone in my family. Was not offered a refund to move hotels or literally any accommodation to try to help.

I had the misfortune to stay in a room after somebody had a pet in there. I sneezed and coughed all night. Long people who are allergic should be protected from rooms where pets have been pet friendly room should not be used for the general population.

Luckily, the AC unit has the option for a continuous fan. However, the AC compressor kicks on and off all night and the AC compressor is extremely noisy. On the surface the room appears clean, however there was a lot of food pieces on the floor by the bed. Although I feel the staff responded with concern, I feel like there was no effort to apologize or offer a resolution. On a plus, i can say, because i was not able to keep the AC on, therefore the temperature was too warm to sleep. The room was very quiet. the staff at check in was nice The breakfast was OK
