Robert was a fun and welcoming host. Dubuque in February was not a super-lively place but we made the most of it. Construction across the street woke us around 7 am, making the 8 am do-or-die breakfast schedule understandable. The building is a living and breathing treasure. Great historical B&B

This is an historic B&B, it’s cozy and comfortable, like my grandmother’s house. The manager is extremely personable and helpful. Breakfast was at 8am, served hot with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, juices etc. Very much enjoyed my stay.
