When I pulled back, the comforter, the sheets had yellow stains. The TV did not work, and the manager was very unfriendly. But I do have to say the front desk lady was amazing and took great care of us.

The hotel was in a convenient location and was very clean. The bed and bedding was amazing. I didn’t like that housekeeping does not come everyday, you have to request their service. Self parking and valet was too expensive in my opinion.

The property is well maintained, however, I didn’t always feel safe walking from the parking structure to the building. The trash outside the entrance from the parking structure was over run with trash and the corridor from the parking structure to the hotel often smelled of Marijuana.

We stay here every time we are in Southfield visiting family. It’s always an excellent stay. Rooms are beautiful, love the shower heads in the shower. The beds are comfortable and it’s always so clean. 10/10!
