Everything from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff was good very professional
The place was nice, but you will need a vehicle to go around. The staff are amazing, and the breakfast is good. They keep the breakfast hot and fresh. Everyone working there is nice a kind, but a big shout out to Blaire, she is willing to go beyond the call of duty to help. She greeted us with a smile when we first got there (after a tired trip), and she also made sure we were in a room we liked. She switched out the room to make sure it was what we needed. She also opened the locked safe (the previous customer did not follow the instructions). She will help you as much as you need and always with a smile.
Very convenient location and very friendly staff
The staff was great and very helpful. Buffet was good and appreciated. The room is large and comfortable. Great value for the money . The occasionally loud guest can be a problem as the walls are not soundproof at all.
When we checked in the lady at the front was wonderful, The room was nice sized and decent. I did notice a few things that could have been cleaned better and we were told housekeeping came daily, we never once recieved housekeeping
I love the jacuzzi suite that I stayed in. I do wish the jacuzzi tub was a little bigger, even though it was kinda able to accommodate two people. The only thing I didn’t like was that one of the pillows on the bed had a stain on it, but that was immediately taken care of. Also I was highly upset with the noise. It seemed like the walls were very thin. I could hear the room next to me bed hitting the wall. The room above me I come hear people walking hard. At one point, I also heard loud music playing for a good period of time through the night. Other then the high levels of noise, the stay wasn’t too bad.
It was piece and quiet but had a little jumping from above me but i would love to come back when traveling

We loved the corner sofas with foot stools in our room. So nice to be able to sit and visit together.

This property was fine. Breakfast was sub par (eg cereal was stale, bananas had brown spots )
The hotel is very nice and the room was huge. Unfortunately, noise and a dirty pool ruined our stay. I don’t understand why we signed a waiver about noise and parties when we encountered a noisy neighbor above us and a party right next door. Our sleep was interrupted both nights. Swim caps should be mandatory as well, 3 young ladies dirtied the pool before noon.. luckily we had a jetted tub in our room. Overall, I’m not sure if we’ll return.
The hotel is very conveniently located just off I-696. The room was neat and clean and the staff was great.
