Dont expect much, every ac had mold, the curtains by the ac had mold spots, the hot tub didnt work, we had to get the room towels from the front desk. Overall it just looked as if no one cared and did yhe least amount of effort required.

After my 1st night stay the rest of my experience was HORRIBLE... The gentlemen at front desk from day 2 until i left let a group of over 8 minors be unattended in the pool, and went back and forth with me upon initial complaint of the hazard of this and even after I took a picture of the rules in the pool to show him this was not safe. HE did not want to give me sheets after I explained that I extended my stay and had my mother staying the rest and needed clean sheets. He said that couldn't guarantee. He could not seem to make my key correctly the first time and i had to come back for another halfway through every day u til i left. I was in room 244 so everyday I had to inconvenience myself and go all the way to get it redone while carrying a ton of bags alone each time.

I called the Sunday before our trip to make sure the hot tub was in working order They said yes It was not and had not been for a while They charged us extra beyond the price i reserved for that was not a deposit ($8) Beds are very soft but pleasant Rooms and hotel were clean Carpet def is old but for the price, cant have everything perfect! All in all good Just wish they wouldve told us honestly about the hot tub situation before we arrived Lights plug was dangerous

I booked a Jacuzzi suite for a romantic night with my boyfriend for his birthday and the Jacuzzi did not work at all. I am very disappointed. I wasted my money. We could’ve just stayed at home.

The staff were incredibly kind! The hotel itself was pretty unclean. The room had odd stains and things stuck to surfaces and the rug area. When asking for extra things like toilet paper since there was only one in the room they would only provide one roll. I ended up extremely sick one day of the trip so that was inconvenient. When I asked to get clean towels for my old ones they only provided one towel (in a room booked for two). The pillows are also square size - like you’d find on a couch - and very lumpy, because of this we asked for extra and were just told “no”. The jets in the hot tub were broken but the maintenance man was very sweet and explained they were waiting on a part, but the women’s bathroom in the pool was also simply “out of service” with no suggestion on other ideas. Overall the staff was friendly but I would not stay here again.
